I had to create another account.. PAYPAL REFUSES TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS STOLEN. I verified my old email address and home address. They have jerked me around for 8 months and will not answer the phone. I need my old paypal so i can dispute charges. I have tried constantly for 2 days only to be giving the run around... They are able to find me by my social and everything.. They keep telling me to call and then I'm redirected back to chat and I get nowhere.. I don't get it??
