hi, i made a transaction on 3rd june which, despite seller’s boast of next day dispatch, has not been shipped. i’ve been in contact with the seller who has since tried to ask me for more shipping money (more than what she said the total shipping has come to), so i suspect fraud. i didn’t send extra money by the way. a week ago, she said she’ll check again for the shipping price and email me back re that. that was the last exchange we had and obviously, this hasn’t been done. i want to open an item not received dispute, but i don’t want it to be resolved by her shipping the item, I JUST WANT A REFUND. can this be done?
