Buying concert tickets

I was buying 2 concert tickets. I transferred the money by pay pal but she never sent the tickets. She was saying there was a problem with spilting the tickets as shes 4 and i only needed 2. She seemed genunie but now she wont respond to my messages. Any Advice on what I do

It would help if you said what option you selected when you paid for the tickets via paypal + how you funded that paypal payment.
