I am quite disappointed with both Ebay and Paypal.
I sold an item to a Mexican buyer. Buyer would not clear package with customs, package was eventually returned, I paid for both going and return shipping (500 USD in total). Buyer filed for Ebay case. Ebay ruled in my favor saying it is the buyer's responsibility to clear package with customs. Buyer then files for case with Paypal. Paypal issued full refund saying there is no delivery confirmation.
What should I do? If I have to lose big only to make a sale, what's the point of selling at all???
