My situation is I sold tickets with an upcoming expiration date. They were sent registered signature required and are at the buyers post office. Buyer has not picked up or replied to emails. I’m getting changing stories from eBay and PayPal on if they buyer will get refunded as item not delivered. Seller protection might not protect me. If the tickets are returned I may not have enough time to re sell them. Any advice?

You used to be able to get the buyers contact telephone number on ebay so you can give them a call, is that still an option.
You used to have to go via advanced search > contact info.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
