Buyer wants a refund for a game he's had for over 30 days. Sold over ebay, buyer left me positive feedback. Then a month later tries a refund case over ebay saying the game didn't work. I rejected the refund as 30 days had passed. Straight away they open a paypal dispute. I suspect the buyer has completed the game, had their fun with it and now just wants a refund. What can i do? Do i even have a leg to stand on? I have proof that the gane worked on my console at the time of sale, but thats all.
