I had sold a product & months later buyer opens a case with their credit card issuer saying they have no knowledge of the payment. Now I have negative balance as well as I have been charged a chargeback amount for no reason. Is this fair? I have put forward all the proof to PayPal but i am afraid that the case might favour the buyer. What do i do?

You would not lose out either if the buyer is refunded as long as you met ALL the requirements of seller protection, so your best bet is to go and read up on it to make sure you were covered.
