A few days ago, I sold bitcoin and agreed to receive money through Paypal. The buyer release money and PayPal hold the money. Once I released bitcoin, the buyer disputed with the transaction and reported to PayPal. The case is still going on but it seems Paypal turned towards the buyer. I also reacted to the case and provided the images about transactions, money but PayPal doesn't care about that. I have done nothing wrong but the policy of PayPal is so unfair. How can I move forward in such a scenario? Any help will be appreciated. There might be other victims like me and the same scammer traded 4 times means there might be other cases of the same buyer. Is there anyone who has faced the same problem and won the case in the PayPal resolution center?
