Buyer says item was never recieved but i have notification it has been delivered
He then opened a case saying the item didn't arrive. PayPal reviewed it and I won the case however he has now appealed the decision saying the item isn't as described, even though he still claims he doesn't have it? Im not sure where I go from here? I have submitted shipping details to PayPal and explained again I used the global shipping program. Im worried im going to lose my money.
