Buyer's FRAUDULENT claims on item "Not received" was refunded by PP AFTER Ebay rejected him!!!

Dear Sir / Madam,

 

I need your URGENT help on the final resolution on “Item not received – claim Case ID: PP-D-53418740” : Because buyer HAS lied and made fraudulent claims of “not receiving items” both on Ebay and Paypal! Most importantly, he was sent full refund by paypal on Febuary 8th 2020, AFTER LOSING the same claim on ebay on January 24th 2020 !!!  

 

1/1/2020 Buyer won auction on ebay item 174142909368

11/1/2020 Buyer won auction on ebay item 174142884300

 

Both items are identical “Digital VUE CINEMA TICKET VOUCHER Exp 9/5/20 CLUB LLOYDS Gift”. Also digital way of sending item was already clearly stated on original descriptions, “Upon receiving payment, I will email ticket to you to print out at any time, thanks!”

 

12/1/2020 I therefore notified buyer and sent both items together by ebay message attachment. (I sent the same message twice for both items too!!!)

22/1/2020 However, buyer made fraudulent claim and opened first “Not received” case on item 174142884300 on ebay, about which I reported to ebay with clear record of sending both items (ie Screen capture of ebay messages with attachment of both tickets), therefore Ebay representatives “Farhan and Pratiksha” immediately helped closed the case in my favour on 24/1/2020.

 

23/1/2020 Again buyer opened the same “Not received” case on item 174142909368 on paypal, I therefore submitted following evidence on 25/1/2020:

Ebay record of sending both items of 174142884300 & 174142909368, ie screen capture of original ebay message with attachment of 2 tickets as of 12/1/2020.

Ebay decision of closing the same “Not received case” as of 24/1/2020.

My original ebay statement of digital sending of items for digital tickets.

 

8/2/2020 Paypal wrongly and fully refunded the buyer!!!!! Meanwhile, I received email requesting me to “appeal” by the deadline of Febuary 18th, when there is NO such “Appeal” option on this case in resolution centre on paypal!!

 

PLEASE everyone, urgently advise here if you know what I could do here --- My account has been active since 2012 with very good reputations as both seller and buyer, I have also attachment all relevant documents here for you to refer to.
