I sold an item on ebay and the same day the buyer received the item he filed a claim that it was the wrong item and requested a refund. Paypal sided with the buyer and got him to return the item for a refund. The buyer has sent back a completely different item to what was sent out is there anyway I can dispute this. I have proof the item is incorrect, any help would be appreciated.
