A buyer just requested a refund after 5 months of purchase, claiming he did not receive the item.
Tracking information is only valid for 5 months so I can't provide a delivery proof and have been forced to refund.

Have appealed and lost.
Called the customer service and the guy just repeating I can't proof the item has been delivered. Said its been 5 months and he said there's nothing he can do. As long as the buyer say the item has not arrived within 180 days he can claim. Absolutely ridiculous been robbed.
