Recently someone just bought a hoodie from me, It shipped from Malaysia to Canada. On Grailed's policy that clearly declare that buyer should responsible on custom duties. Now the buyer wants a refund from me. Tracking Information shows that buyer refuse to pay taxes. Chat history are provided to Grailed support but not paypal yet. All I want to know is : - Seller get another custom charges once the item return to me? - Do I get covered on seller protection? How do I deal with this?
