Buyer refunded

Yesterday I saw negative balance on my PayPal £116, there’s wasn’t single notification from PayPal or any email regarding this minus balance, I kept searching and found out in resolution centre that a case has been opened from buyer for item described as strictly for parts, he was instantly refunded without having in my knowledge, kept trying help from PayPal via phone/messages but they refused to help me telling that buyer has filed the case through its bank and they have decided resolved it in his favour, now I’ve lost my money, lost my item and buyer left me negative feedback too, I’m really really upset, is there any online link that I can open online to have my money back
