Hi all.
I recently opened a case to dispute a transaction by which a travel platform cancelled my airline ticket and said they were unable to issue me refund. Has anyone had this situation happen to them where hey used PayPal to complete a transaction for a flight online, received the airline ticket and then months later cancelled the flight and ticket and didn't offer a refund? Paypal are not able to help me through buyer protection which i find strange as i have paid for a service which has now been denied, cancelled and made invalid and i am still out of pocket.
Thanks, hope to hear some feedback.

May have to talk to the airline to get a voucher or something, as they canceled the flight. As far as the travel platform is concerned you received your ticket. If airline canceled flight they have to schedule another one for you, no?
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
