Hi folks,
So during the NBA Finals Warriors vs Raptors, I sold a pair of NBA finals tickets to someone from Craigslist. He asked me to send a request on Paypal and he accepted it. I got the payment and sent him the tickets via Ticketmaster transfer. A month later, I get a email from Paypal stating that he disputed this with his bank as unauthorized charge. I have proof of the email that he accepted the tickets (has same email for both Paypal/Ticketmaster) and also our text messages.
Is there any possible way I am protect at all? I realized now that Paypal doesn't protect virtual goods, but not even with Ticketmasters proof?
