Hey guys! So basically, I sold a custom built computer on eBay but the buyer opened a case on me. We have been at it for 2 months now but under the awaiting seller response tab, it now says that it was waiting for buyer response. It still says that Paypal is still reviewing the case but what does this mean? Paypal also asked for a return address for a response to the case two days before this happened if that means anything. I told Paypal that custom items are not covered for one of the responses. So help me, please!
