Buyer opened a request but never answered me

Hi! I have case and is that I have sold a virtual article to a buyer and then have received it says he has not received it ... he opened a case of non-delivery, I respond to the request but he never answered my messages, I kept writing to him but still unanswered ... the question is: If the buyer never consents to my messages in the open case of ebay, what will happen? Will my money be returned or will it be refunded to the buyer?

If its an Ebay dispute and not a Paypal dispute then your best bet is to ask on Ebays forums?
