Hi, I just wanted to know the general outlook on the chances of Paypal siding with me (seller) on this case given the details:
- I shipped the item over a month ago with tracking purchased through ebay
- Tracking showed delivered but buyer stated they did not receive the item and opened a claim through ebay
- Ebay closed in favor of me
- Buyer files an item not received claim through Paypal a month later. I can't respond to the claim but the tracking # is already attached to the transaction since I bought through ebay and paypal.
This is stressing me out and I wanted to see if there was a general opinion on who Paypal would side with in this scenario. As I understand it Paypal claims are analyzed by actual representatives, so would the tracking # saying delivered be enough for them to side with me?
