I sell graphic card to buyer in Russia. After buyer receive item, he open case and ask for refund. I accept return but buyer not send it back.
4 days ago after i send return label to him, he asks ebay for step up and ebay also paypal give refund.
I still dont accept item back or no any item on the way. After i contact ebay, this buyer bring graphic card to police and police hold graphic card due to item is counterfeit. I lost my item and money
