I had a refund / return case closed by ebay, I assumed it was resolved without a return, as I provided help on the item. But The buyer re-opened a case with Paypal I was not aware of. Because I did not receive the emails they closed the case after 20 days it's been 30 days. Now Paypal are saying there is nothing I can do but rely on the trust of the buyer, he keeps rejecting my messages and declines my request for my money back... I have offered for him to return it and I will pay for postage .... What can I do its $369 so not a small figure to walk away from. Will I loose my money and the Laptop.
