Hi there I recently sold a bape t shirt on depop for £30, I originally forgot to post it and the buyer opened a dispute on here so I got in contact with him immediately saying I could either refund him or send it first class signed for the next day. He chose to wait and I posted it as I said next day and uploaded proof of the receipt from the post office. However the buyer kept the claim open even after he received the item and now he has been refunded and has the item and is ignoring all my messages regarding solving this. There’s no option to open a dispute against this or report it. I have screenshot evidence of everything I have said here.
