I used buyer's PayPal shipping address on file, USPS confirmed delivery, then buyer claimed he hadn't lived there in 5 years so he didn't receive the item. Now he's hounding me for refund. Am I obligated in any way? He forgot to change his PP shipping address when he moved, now he's working me for money. I filed USPS claim form and it was denied because the package, was in fact, delivered to the address buyer had in his PayPal account. I gave him more than 50% refund (trying to help, but I don't think I owe anything) now he's threatening to trash me on fb if I don't give 100% refund and I'm getting constant badgering via Messenger. Will PayPal help me with this?

As long as you sent trackable to the paypal registered address of the buyer at the time of the transaction (and it shows delivery) then you should win any dispute for non receipt of item.
