Hello community. I’m having an annoying issue at the moment. I’ve sold an item on eBay and the buyer has messaged me to send to a different address that is stated differently on the PayPal payment notification. I’ve told him I cannot do that as I won’t be covered for sellers protection if anything does go wrong. He says “cool. I fully disagree. I’m filing a dispute”. Am I in the wrong here? All I ask is for him to change his address. As mentioned, he doesn’t live in that address anymore.

Why not just issue a refund and sell to another buyer?
