I sold a playstation for $750 on the marketplace app "offerup" where the buyer arranged a local pickup of his order. We met up at the local CVS and he payed me via paypal and everything seemed fine until two weeks after his purchase I get an alert from paypal that he disputed his payment through his credit card institution through "unauthorized payment". I have no tracking number because he picked it up but I sent to paypal our messages through offerup with his username which matches his real name, but the case was decided in his favor. I cant find anywhere to appeal the case and I lost 750 dollars plus a 15 dollar chargeback fee. What am I supposed to do now?
