A buyer has opened a dispute for an item they bought from me nearly 6 months ago! They have made absolutely no contact with me whatsoever and the money has already come off my PayPal balance even though the dispute is an open case at present. The item is a coat which surely has been worn for the last 6 months and unfit to be returned to me!! Can they do this to me now? 🤔
