Buyer didn't returned the item!

The buyer opened a Paypal dispute claiming that the item was not as described.

At the same time she applied also to her card's issuing financial institution for a full refund for the same reason.

Paypal accepted that and notified me that buyer's financial institution decided on buyer's favor. (what a surprise!)

Here, I must mention that the buyer had previous opened an Ebay case for the same item

that she hadn't received it and she had lost the case on Ebay, as I proved that the item had been delivered under signature.

The buyer didn't returned the item and does not reply to my emails.

What should I do with that crook?

I really appreciate having of your help!

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear your experience has not been good. When a claim is opened with the card issuer the PayPal claim automatically closes. I'm afraid we have no control over the claims opened with the card issuer.

Thanks David. I know what the situation is, unfortunately.

But, since the buyer kept the item and this is obviously a fraud

how would you suggest me - in case you would to - to act?

Please note that the buyer had bought the item through Ebay.

Would it be better to chase the case through Ebay or furthermore through

Paypal?

Thank you in advance.

You could check with ebay or your local citizens advice.
