Does anyone know how to contact Paypal via phone? This back and forth resolution thing is not working. The buyer did not send the package to me, tracking states it's in some "postal locker" with no address. Was sent insured USPS so there has to be some resolution. Because now I have lost my vintage Lego set and am out $50+ dollars. A LOSE LOSE for me and Paypal is not responding.
