So someone bought something from me and after he got his desired product he opened a case to try and get his money back. I talked it over with him and he decided to close the case. For him it's appearing as "Case Closed: Transaction not covered" and in his resolution center it's also appearing as "Status: closed" for him. But when i go to my resolution center it still says "Under review" and "Your case is still being reviewed by Paypal", why is this? I thought that maybe it had to processed so i waited 10+ hours for it to be processed but seems like that wasn't the case. Does Paypal have to update the case and release my funds or something? Or does Paypal still have to "investigate" this case and close it themselves even tho the buyer already closed it? This is so unbelievably confusing and would like a clear answer.
