I thought PayPal and eBay were safe places to buy things on the internet, but I was ripped off to the tune of $167 and they won’t do anything about it. The seller clearly never shipped the item, according to the tracking information, but he got my money and is now gone from eBay. He ignored my repeated request to ship the item or refund my money. Apparently I have zero recourse. So much for PayPay and eBay protecting my hard-earned money!
