I sold a virtual file to a buyer. Now buyer makes a dispute as "item not received". I have screenshots which prove I sent the file to him via email even though he says he never gave me his email. Anyway, now he asks to send him the file in the PayPal dispute page and I wonder if that would violate PayPal Terms and Conditions.
