a buyer opened a dispute because the product doesn't fit. I agreed to return the item. But he just has sent something else.
What are my options now? In the dispute center, I just have the option to declare that the part has been successfully returned.
Please contact customer service to report buyer abuse of the buyer protection program and that buyer returned a different item:
Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Absolutely devastating. I was hindered to call PayPal the last 2 days. Now PapPal decided to refund the buyer. It's a huge sum of 1200US$ I want to call PP but hotline is closed now until monday. And email hasn't replied yet already for hours. What is my chance to get the money back?! 😭
