Hello recently one buyer cancles the order that he Paid but because im a new Seller the oayment was onhold!.I was in vacation at the time for 2 weaks and icould respond to and refund or something like that!.It passed 16 Days and ebay Take 18 from my balance and the payment of the buyer cancled and i lost 20usd for no reason!.Can someone Tell me what can i do because at the time i lost 20usd for nothing!.IM good to do a refund but not to take 20 usd from my balance for no reason.Can ebay return my money back and i can refund the buyer Succeflly.PLEASE I NEED YOURE HELP!THANKS FOR READING IM WAITING FOR YOURE HELP!!
