While you are reviewing a dispute, read documents attached to the claim My complaint was recently denied, because you haven't read a document from Australia Post, that my parcel was delivered to a wrong address. I even made a note about it, but looks like nobody read it.
Theres no support, so don't expect it. I am still waiting for just a valid email Address not a computer answering me. Also after your purchase things change, so don't expect any kind of help, mark it as a complete loss.
And my message to you will be deleted. You can't say anything here even as a consumer. You lose your right of freedom of speech and your right to not be spammed.
