As a private customer making a private sale of a saxophone in Scotland...do I have buyer protection if I pay up front and the item is not delivered nor is not as described and what paper work do I need to do?
Many thanks
Bren

You have buyer protection as long as you do NOT use the family / friends option to pay.
But buyer protection is not a 100% coverall so you need to read up on it so you can risk assess your transactions.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
