I have worked out a deal with a machine shop in China. It is a deposit for a large number of parts, with a follow up payment to cover the rest on shipping. I want to know if I pay this supplier, is my payment protected. I have recently lost a lot of money from another machine shop I had a long standing relationship with, and I am hoping to prevent that going forward.
