Buyer Abuse

I sold a digital game code on eBay, user asked for me to send the code via the messaging system.  I did this then the next day the user said it was an unauthorized purchase.  I’ve already called eBay and reported it but I’m sure they will try to get the payment back via PayPal.  Do I have any recourse or and I just **bleep** when they do?

There is no paypal seller protection for digital / virtual items, you can sell them but at your own risk.

However that does not mean you always lose the dispute, put in as much information to prove you sent the code when paypal request it and hope you get lucky.
