Business settings - Proprietary setting to sole trader.

Hi 

I'm trying to change my business settings to Sole trader (as the account was originally set up as a proprietary company). 

Now that I'm not a registered company anymore there are restrictions on my account that I can't lift, and when I try change business settings I am unable to change it to sole trader.

Also unable to make contact with a real person to resolve this issue.

Nope. Extremely frustrated and not getting any reply with help. poor form on paypals behalf!

I've got the same problem, has anyone solved this yet?

It won't let me close the account until its sorted either, but i can't get it fixed so...???
