I ordered coins. Supposedly Gold BU. I received counterfeit coins and PayPal refuses to help. They were shipped inside USA but I was expected to return them to China for a refund.
Their policy is for you to return for a refund. They're not going to let you keep the item and money too. If you have documentation from an authenticator saying the coins are counterfeit, it may help to forego the need to return, otherwise, dispute it through your card issuer if that is how you paid.
