Business confirmation dashboard

I really need someone’s help. I was asked by PayPal to update information on our business confirmation dashboard. Specifically, the tax information I have from CRA in Canada is not accepted in the dashboard. I have submitted inquiries on PayPal’s costumer service website three times. I only got one response, which did not address my problem at all. I have called several times being on hold for up to 4 hours and not been able to talk to anyone. This has to be resolved now. Our account is now limited and it’s completely not our fault. I have the information requested but it isn’t accepted on PayPal’s end and I cannot get anyone there to fix or respond to inquiries. I almost lost my website because PayPal is the auto renewal method. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on who to contact?
