Business Owners & Primary Contact are based in another country - How do we lift limitations?

We have a UK business located and registered in the UK but all our Owners and Primary Contacts are based in New Zealand and don't have a UK residential address.   To lift limitations it is asking for a UK residential address and proof of address is there any way to solve this?

you need a UK address,UK bank account.

In some cases,Paypal is known to ask for UK driving license.
