“Business Logic” error not allowing me to add SSN to account, limitations won’t lift!

I’ve completed all other parts of the stated identity verification requirements. But when I try to add my SSN in the resolution center it keeps giving me this message stating that there is some kind problem regarding “Business Logic” and won’t process the info into my account. Anybody know anything about this issue?
