Setup a paypal business account w/ paypal debit card.
About a month ago I received a notice when i logged in that my account had been limited due to verification.
So i click on the link to upload documents and it says "your all set". Even tho I never uploaded anything.
My account is still limited also. Reached out to customer service and they arent understanding what im saying at all.
They think that im not even seeing the link to click on to verify my business with documents. I am.
So yesterday they actually sent me a html link with the CIP upload address. Click on it, SAME THING!
I went ahead an submitted the required docs thru the message portal itself, hopefully they accept them.
Has anyone else has this issue?!
I like using paypal bc the debit card limit was higher than my linked banks account. Which meant i could use my paypal debit card for 1000 dollars whereas my banks debit card was capped at 500. So i would like to get this figured out!
