Business Account Permanently Limited Without Even Getting A Single Transaction
About a month ago I set up a business PayPal as I wanted to do more livestreaming. I thought I had given in the proper identification and such so I did not pay much mind. Then a week later I find out I have been permanently limited by PayPal, despite me not even having a single transaction on this account. I've been trying to get the limitation removed (albeit I know it's near-impossible), and I was wondering if anyone has any idea on how to get in contact with someone at PayPal properly to sort this whole ordeal out.
