Buisness account to Personal and closing Account

Hello

So there is my account what got "limited".I cant use it and its say "You can't use PayPal anymore".I tried to switch a Buisness Account maybe but not.I had a misuse from my friend.I asked for a refund what Paypal did later,i got a account limitation to verify me with my documents and stuff and we are here.I cant use it.I tried to contact with paypal many times but nobody helped me.Pleas help me.     Adam

You can't do anything about permanent limitations, paypal sadly no longer want your business.

But there is a problem.When i got the limitations and stuff i had Personal account.Today i switched over to Buisness.But nothing.I sent nearly 20-25 mail to paypal.Maybe a little less but i want to end this problem.
