Buisness account id info

I keep trying to send my valid id in but everytime I drop it in the drobox all it says is "We're sorry. Something seems to have gone wrong. Please remove the file and add it again". I have tried making the file smaller and submitting it in all different types of forms but it continues to say the same thing. The page before that is supposedly the confirm my email page but im unsure because the page is always blank so when I reload it, it pops up the confirm identity page. Then like I said it just keeps saying error, I have confirmed my email many times but im just in a loop. Not sure how to fix the problem..
