Broken item bought

Hi I’m trying to put in a dispute about something I bought but in the resolution page it doesn’t let me upload my complaint I fill in what’s happened but then nothing to let me know how to let PayPal know about it can anyone help please

When you open a dispute, you're starting a dialogue with the seller. PayPal doesn't come into it unless the dispute is escalated. In the beginning you explain your problem to the seller. You can upload external files and images at websites such as Imgur or postimage.org or google drive and provide the link(s) in the explanation if the upload function is not provided at this stage. When you escalate to PayPal, communication stops between parties and PayPal takes over and ask for additional information where an upload function will be provided.
