I ordered a product in Febuary and received it in April. When I received my product it was broken and unusable. I then contacted the seller through PayPal and they ask me to contact them through email. I did, and then they asked for pictures of the broken product so I sent them. Now they quit talking to me at all. PayPal won't get involved the internet keeps telling me to contact the seller. But the seller isn't responding! What do I do and how do I either get another working product or my money back?

Why won't paypal get involved?
Have you opened a dispute?
Have you escalated to a claim?
Have they denied your claim?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
