BritishAirways email for refund of unused prepaid seat?

Does anyone know the email address for British Airways preferred seating refund?

PayPal requires one to issue my refund. Changed flight due to coronavirus and seat not available on flight I could get.

Can’t find one on their webpage...only one there is for whole ticket refunds.

Any help much appreciated!
