PayPal have put a limitation on my account......i have wrote several emails where they reply and ask me to call, called multiple times to try and sort it , speak to people but get transferred to PayPal credit who apparently put the block on...... but no one EVER answers the phone? I have waited over 4 phone calls I have waited for 52mins, 63mins, 85mins and then today 98mins and counting (On phone whilst typing) can anyone help?
